How to Start

What to wear

  • Wear workout clothes that are stretchy and comfortable. Form fitted tops are preferred.
  • Please ensure your clothes have no zippers.
  • If wearing shorts, please ensure you wear tights underneath them.
  • We work bare feet or with socks that have grip at the bottom.
  • We are a free-scent Studio. No perfumes or strong-scented products please.
  • Please ensure not to wear lotions or oils.
  • No long necklaces, earrings or other jewellery.
