How to Start
What to wear
- Wear workout clothes that are stretchy and comfortable. Form fitted tops are preferred.
- Please ensure your clothes have no zippers.
- If wearing shorts, please ensure you wear tights underneath them.
- We work bare feet or with socks that have grip at the bottom.
- We are a free-scent Studio. No perfumes or strong-scented products please.
- Please ensure not to wear lotions or oils.
- No long necklaces, earrings or other jewellery.
