Learn how to use imagery and simple exercises to strengthen and release
tension in FEET; ANKLES; KNEES; SPINE; SHOULDERS AND NECK!
This workshop will introduce the Franklin Method and the principles that underlie
the effective application of imagery. You will experience how imagery can create
more fluid movement, improved coordination and balance. However, imagery can also
be applied to daily life. Did you know that the thoughts in your mind always affect
your experience of life and of movement? If you think imagery is not real or useful,
or that you don’t use it, come and learn about how your mind and body really work!
We will end the workshop with ball rolling and band work. You will leave feeling
relaxed, more coordinated and energized.
