POLICIES

- 24 hour cancellation notice is required to receive a class credit. Full fee will be charged for late cancellation or No Shows.

- LiveBy Pilates reserves the right to cancel or suspend classes any time in cases of insufficient enrollment or teacher unavailability.

- Group class teachers may be replaced at any time without notice.

- Due to fragrance sensitivities, please refrain from using scented products when attending classes.

- Please respect others' need to focus during classes. Keeping your voice down is appreciated.

- All packages have expiry dates and are not eligible for extension beyond that date.

- No refunds will be issued after the first class is used. A refund may be granted for unused packages within 15 days of purchase.
